German Pinschers originated in Germany and are included in the origins of the Dobermann, the Miniature Pinscher, Affenpinscher, Miniature Schnauzer, Giant Schnauzer and the Standard Schnauzer.

The German Pinscher can reach a height of 16-19 inches and weight 25-35 pounds.

Yeah, this dog obviously has a touch of both breeds. Sorry, but it looks weird to have both genes when I see the pic.

I love pinschers - they're a weakness of mine :) I always seem to bring them home for foster with little persuasion ...
